Return Policy

We allow product exchanges and returns within 25 days of delivery if you have concerns or are facing inconvenience regarding your purchase. Please contact our customer service staff via email and provide them with the necessary details they require to process your request.

Note:

Please note that you are not eligible for returns or refunds in the following scenarios:

  • After exceeding the 15-day timeframe.
  • You change your mind or have a change of thought.
  • In case of a damaged product or mishandling by the purchaser.
  • Orders containing multiple items of identical products in the same or different sizes are not viable for return or refund.
  • If the purchaser used the product and it is not in its original form.

What is the restocking fee?

We offer free shipping as a good gesture, but it costs us, and when you decide to return the product, we have to charge a restocking fee that depends on the item’s size, type, and weight.

Easy Order Cancellation

You have 24 hours to request that your order be canceled. If you cancel your order after 24 hours, 35% of the total amount you paid will be immediately deducted. If the order is canceled 4 days before delivery, 50% of the total paid will be immediately deducted. After 4 days of order confirmation, there won’t be any cancellations. After the order has been sent, cancellation requests won’t be considered.


Well-Organized Funds

You will receive a programmed refund using the method of payment you originally used within 3-5 business days after approval.

*Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete and post the refund.


Refund amount approval

You will get an automated refund within 5 business days of approval using the original payment method.
