Refund Policy

Returns within 25 Days:

Remember that you can contact us within 5 days after receiving our products. Our customer service representative will address your issue to satisfy you, exchange the products, or issue a refund. Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted after seven (5) days. To be considered within 25 days, you must get in touch with us within 5 days and include a picture or snapshot that illustrates your problem.

Fast and Steady Refund

Once you shipped our product, kindly send us the tracking number. Once we receive the product, we will refund you your amount and it takes 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

Cancelation Window

To cancel your order, you must confirm through email within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation email.

Restocking Fee

When goods are returned, there is a restocking fee. Restocking refers to the expenses involved in shipment and repackaging. The merchandise’s size, type, and weight all affect the restocking cost.

Note: Return shipping or reshipping costs must be covered by the purchaser. Additionally, while we offer free shipping to our valued customers, please understand that the shipping costs are not free for us, and we bear those expenses ourselves.
