Order Cancellation Policy

The requirements and expectations of our customers are our top priorities. We have a cancellation policy for orders because of this.

Within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email, you must confirm via email if you wish to cancel your order. A straight deduction of 35% of the total amount you paid us will be made if your cancellation request is received after 24 hours. 50% of the total price you paid us will be deducted if you decide to cancel the order after 48 hours. We regret to notify you that four days after order confirmation, you cannot request to cancel your order.

Additionally, once the order has been dispatched, you cannot request a cancellation; however, you can use the 30-day easy return policy to receive your full refund. All you need to do is return the item to our warehouse.
